The off-screen deaths in: Batman Beyond, Part Eight.

S2E16 0:01:18 Interesting note. This is just a aside from me, but I am wondering if anyone else ever got this vibe. I keep feeling parallels between Max and Selina Kyle. Max is relaxed and calm about everything and she loves cats. Terry and Max have ridiculous chemistry (more so than what we see between Terry and Dana) and are sort of some times partners in crime but not really. Its just a feeling I get that I am wondering if the writers thought of when making her character.
Selina as Chaotic Good rather than Chaotic Neutral?

S2E17 0:13:45 Armory fires a rocket at Batman. Batman deflects the rocket right into a residential apartment. Kills three.

S2E17 0:14:20 A crashed hover car from an earlier scene sets of a massive explosion. The explosion itself (from what I can tell, at least) doesn't engulf any of the local residences nor businesses. However, it does send a shitload of highly flammable barrels into the sky. These will probably end causing more property damage than anything, but we will say that there is at least one fatality.
Fucking everything in Gotham explodes.

S2E18 0:01:41 Interesting note. A news report gives us our first reference to Splicing since S2E1, it is now illegal and done through black market venues. We are also given a glimpse of Paxton Powers, last seen in S1E13.

Thanks to a screw up by Netflix, S2E19 is not available. So for now, we are just going to have to remove it from continuity entirely. As such, let us move along to S2E20.
S2E20 0:17:45 Interesting note. Watch as Batman puts himself on every government watch list that he hadn't already been on when he attacks these NSA agents. How wise you are, Batman.

Blow it up! - I mean, uh...justice!

Death toll after S2E20: 1875

Alright, that wraps up another four episodes for tonight. Seems this entry was rather boring, my apologies. But hey, its not my fault that Terry might have finally learned to stop murdering people and that Shriek isn't running up the body count!

Most dangerous criminal so far: You know its Shriek. We are heading for the final stretch of Batman Beyond, folks. Is anyone going to be able to top Shriek? Does anyone have the fucking guts to even try that? I mean, we would need some serious nutcase to top his kill count.

Saddest death in part eight: Well there are only four to choose from. Having a rocket fly through your apartment is pretty fucky, but how about the one dude that catches a flying, flaming barrel to the chest. I don't really know. How about, they were all sad because Armory was just a sad, broken man trying to help his family and he ended being responsible for the only four deaths in these four episodes
