The off-screen deaths in: Batman Beyond, Part Nine.

S2E21 0:04:00 Stalker literally drops out of the goddamn sky to announce, in a silent and very half naked sort of way, that he is still (somehow) alive. I suppose I will be tallying the body count back by one.

"You're the goddamn Devil!"
S2E21 0:9:50 Stalker leaps off of a thirty-ish foot tall ledge straight onto a man's chest, crushing and killing him instantly. After this, he engages an entire group of soldiers. I will accept that the dudes he takes out with kicks are knocked out, but the guy he kicks into a bunch of electronic panels is fried and there is also a dude that he totally brains with his beatin' stick.

S2E21 0:12:49 Once again, we see the ol' stick in the barrel of the gun trick and the same results.
"Jimmy! Don't pull the trigger!"
Oh, fuck! Where did Jimmy's face go? It's all over my suit!

S2E21 0:20:00 Falseface succumbs to a virus he was given by Kobra.

S2E22 0:19:36 Interesting note. I love this line (especially after Stalker came back in the last episode). When Terry informs Bruce that the villain Bullwhip had gotten away, Bruce replies 'He'll be back. They always come back.' Sure it could be just a little line, but I like to think that the writers added it in at a little jab at the recurring villains (even when it makes no sense) of comic books.

S2E22 0:19:44 Bullwhip goes back to Dr. Corso not knowing that Corso knows about him and April. Corso knocks him out with anesthesia and brings a drill closer to his face. Corso totally drilled this dude for drilling his girl

S2E23 Special note. This whole damn episode is a love letter to sci-fi in general. References to the original Star Wars, hatred for Star Wars Episode I, references to Lost in Space, Star Trek, The Last Starfighter and even a straight laced shout out to Phillip K. Dick. I am not going to note any or all of these as that is not the point of this entry. But any fan of sci-fi should totally watch this episode. This episode is absolutely awesome.

S2E23 0:08:58 The top ten or so floors of the Hall of Records are destroyed. Three janitors and one security guard are killed. Two people on the street are smashed by the flying rubble.
Remember when they used to destroy the whole building?

S2E24 0:14:40 Interesting note. Bruce berates Terry for injuring an innocent man. Oh my, if only Bruce knew about all of those goons and thugs that Terry has murdered in the past...

Four more down and what a bunch they were! An unlikely return from one of Terry's villains and a delightful stroll down sci-fi memory lane. These four episodes might not have been the biggest in body count, but at least there was some action and wonderful writing involved.

Most dangerous villain so far: Take a guess, dear reader.

Saddest death of part nine: Oh poor Jimmy. Dear citizens of future Gotham, your guns explode catastrophically at the merest of molestations. So please, please, don't pull the trigger of your explosive weaponry when someone has clogged your barrel with a stick.
